Eat, Walk, Live! Walking Group | June-August

Smart Trips Austin will be sponsoring a weekly walking club presented by Born Again Bodies at the Hancock Recreation Center. This group is designed to build your strength and confidence so that you can travel throughout your neighborhood comfortably and independently. The energetic Pam Parker of Born Again Bodies will offer strength training and health tips followed by a jaunt around the Hancock Center Trails. Take the skills you learn at the club home to improve balance and fitness so that you can safely travel via your own two feet. We hope to see you there! All Eat, Walk, Live! sessions are free and open to the public.
